Who we are
Ride Helper is an independently operated software business registered as a sole proprietorship and based in Thiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu, India. We design, develop and support a single product — the Ride Helper Android application — and we sell it directly to drivers through this website, ridehelper.shop.
The business started after conversations with full-time cab and auto-rickshaw drivers who told us the same thing repeatedly: they knew how much money came in, but they had no reliable way to know how much was actually left after fuel, servicing, EMI, phone recharge and platform commission. Most were keeping rough notes in a paper diary or not keeping notes at all, and then guessing at the end of the month.
Ride Helper replaces that guesswork with a record that takes under ten seconds per entry, works without internet, and totals itself automatically.
What the product is
Ride Helper is a personal bookkeeping and productivity application for self-employed road-transport drivers. It records earnings, trips, fuel, maintenance, insurance, EMI and incentive bonuses, then calculates gross income, total expense and true net profit for any shift, day, week or month you choose.

How we make money
Our revenue comes from paid licence plans sold on our pricing page. Downloading the application itself is free; a pass unlocks the full feature set. Paid access is sold as simple time-based passes: ₹24 for one day, ₹49 for two days, ₹165 for one week and ₹295 for one month. There is no auto-renewal and no subscription. We do not sell advertising, we do not sell user data, and we do not take any commission from a driver's earnings. Every payment is processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, and a receipt is issued for every transaction.
